Refund Policy

1. Licenses and renewals

Bazar Accountant licenses and annual renewals are sold as final. Once a license key has been issued or a renewal activated, the purchase is non-refundable. A cloud company licence you no longer need is simply not renewed - it stays active until the end of the year you paid for.

2. When we do refund

We refund in full where the fault is ours: a duplicate charge, a payment taken for a license that was never delivered, or software that cannot be made to work on a supported system and we cannot fix it. Tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will put it right.

3. Training sessions

An online training session can be rescheduled free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. Training fees are not refunded, unless we cancel the session and cannot offer you a new time.

4. How to request a refund

Email us with your order reference and what went wrong: sales@bazarsoft.net. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally clear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where such a law gives you a right to cancel a purchase within a set period, that right does not cover software once it has been downloaded, activated or used, to the extent the law allows.
